TC has worked with over 300 learning communities to assess wellbeing using mixed methods such as online surveys, focus groups and interviews. She specialises in wellbeing needs analyses as it is crucial to understand what the community needs and where they are at.

She is passionate about understanding individual and collective wellbeing needs, and advocates strongly for considered approaches to planning, designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives for learning communities.
